CAN YOU ALSO DEVELOP MY MARKETING STRATEGY ?
PJ Productions can apply basic search engine optimization and install solutions like Google Analytics and other open source tools for SEO or give basic recommondations for the use of social media networks to help you develop your marketing strategy. For any request going beyond our digital marketing competences we can expose you to our partners specialized in Brand and Business Development, Digital Marketing and Communication Strategy as well as sales promotion. OK, SO HOW DO I GET STARTED ?
Before signing anything we will meet or make acquaintance by e-mail or phone and you can present your project. After listening carefully to your ideas and needs we will come back to you with a customized client questionnaire to start organizing the realization of your project. Once you filled out the questionnaire we will send you an estimate of costs detailing any step needed to accomplish the set goal. There are absolutely no commitments or costs on your part until you sign the estimate of costs and send it back to PJ Production.
BUT WHAT ARE YOUR RATES ?
As PJ Productions was founded to eliminate subcontractors in the creation process for Print & Digital Media our rates are very competitive. You can choose between packages with pre-determined prices for easy going
or customizable solutions for which prices will be determined in terms of the specific needs and services for your project. Just contact us for an estimate of costs.
AND HOW CAN I PAY THE RATES ?
With most projects PJ Productions asks for a 50% deposit if not defined otherwise in the estimate of costs before scheduling the work. The remaining 50% or total are paid on completion of the work. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or any other method agreed with you.
ALLRIGHT, BUT HOW DO YOU PROCESS ?
Once you filled out the questionnaire, signed and sent back the estimate of costs we will start brainstorming and discussing to develop a concept for your design, website or photo shooting. With the concept in our hands we will start creating what you asked for and give you the possibility to review the work before completion. If our work is approved by you we will finalize the project and deliver the final work.
AM I INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS ?
We are client-oriented, open-eared and open-minded so you are welcome, but not engaged, to bring in your ideas, samples, color combinations or any other inspiration during the process of concept development. During the creation process you will be asked to approve any work before passing onto the production process where there is no point of return anymore.
AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE WORK ?
In case of web services we will install your site or application on your chosen web server. If you choose to organise the web hosting arrangements by yourself or just requested a graphic design or photography service, we will send you the files via e-mail, Dropbox, WeTransfer or any other digital medium negociated with you. In case of design or photography services we can also take care of the printing process with third parties and send the final work per mail.
OK, AND WHEN DO YOU DELIVER ?
As every project is different there is no set deadline. However, PJ Productions tries to get work done as soon as possible but therefore we also depend on your cooperation in supplying content or feedback. When starting the creation of your project we will give you a detailed schedule to organize and planify your project and deliver it in time.
AND WHAT ABOUT SUPPORT ?
We will not leave you alone! Even if we already finished your project we stay at your side for advice, support and updates. We also offer workshops and trainings for Content Management Systems like Magento, Presta Shop and Wordpress offering you the possibility to manage the content of your website yourself and save money in the future. Please note that these workshops and trainings are included in certain package offers.
WILL I HAVE TO BOOK A PHOTO STUDIO ?
PJ Productions offers a small in-home photo studio for packshots of small- and medium-sized products, portrait and stilllife photography. We will charge extra fees for studio or material location if your request goes beyond our in-home photo studio capabilities. Any additional charges will be clearly defined in the estimate of costs.
WILL YOUR WORK BE MY PROPERTY ?
PJ Productions will grant you full rights of use and reproduction for services like logo or website design, product photography and website development. For other services like artwork creation, photomontages, event, portrait or landscape photography we may reserve the rights of use and reproduction unless defined otherwise in the estimate of costs.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH WEB HOSTING ?
PJ Productions does not provide hosting services but can take charge of your web hosting with third parties. We normally work together with OVH, a hyper-scale cloud provider dedicated to delivering best-in-class technical expertise
, but we can also deal with any other hosting provider like STRATO, 1&1 or others. Please not that when purchasing web hosting and domain names you normally have the possibility to set up several email addresses like customerservice@mysite.com, sales@mysite.com or info@mysite.com.
